Delivery Policy

1. General Provisions

This Delivery Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the rules and procedures for the delivery of goods to customers of AJR Financial Partners and Projects LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) when purchasing products through the official website ajr-fpp.uz. The Policy establishes the conditions, timeframes, and responsibilities related to both local and international deliveries.

2. Delivery Area

The Company provides delivery services throughout the Republic of Uzbekistan. International delivery is also available and is carried out based on a separate agreement with a logistics company, depending on the weight, volume, and destination of the goods. The cost of international delivery is determined individually for each order and customer.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Tashkent city: within 1 working day
  • Regions of Uzbekistan: up to 3 working days
  • International delivery: from 7 working days, depending on weather conditions and logistics availability

The Company strives to ensure timely dispatch of all orders but shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs procedures, or external circumstances beyond its control.

4. Delivery Cost

Delivery within the territory of Uzbekistan is included in the product price. For international orders, delivery costs are calculated separately, according to agreements made with the logistics partner. The final delivery amount is confirmed with the customer after order approval.

5. Order Confirmation

Local customers within Uzbekistan receive automatic confirmation via email or SMS upon successful order placement. For international customers, order confirmation is carried out in writing via email, following the coordination of delivery terms and costs.

6. Returns and Delivery Responsibility

Products may only be returned if they are in their original, undamaged condition. If an item is damaged during delivery, the customer must notify the Company within 24 hours of receipt by sending a written message to info@ajr-fpp.uz.

The Company is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses arising from the actions of logistics companies, customs processes, or adverse weather conditions.
