1. General Provisions

This Transaction Security Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) establishes the rules and procedures for ensuring the security of online payments made by users on the website ajr-fpp.uz, owned by AJR Financial Partners and Projects LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

The Policy is aimed at protecting the personal and financial information of users during online transactions and ensuring the transparency and reliability of the payment process.

2. Payment Systems and Security Measures

All online payments made on ajr-fpp.uz are processed exclusively through the certified payment system Octobank, which complies with the international data security standards (PCI DSS). Data transmission takes place over a secure connection using SSL/HTTPS encryption protocols.

The Company does not store or process users' bank card information. All payment operations are handled directly by the payment provider, which eliminates any risk of unauthorized access to sensitive data.

3. Confidentiality of User Data

During payment, the user provides only the minimum necessary information — name, contact phone number, email address, and payment amount. This data is used solely for processing the transaction and is not transferred to third parties except in cases expressly provided for by law.

5. Limitation of Company Liability

The Company ensures the reliable and secure operation of its information systems; however, it shall not be held liable for:

  • technical failures or interruptions on the part of payment systems (including Octobank or banking gateways);
  • disruptions caused by Internet service providers or power outages;
  • actions of third parties that compromise transaction security.

The Company undertakes to promptly eliminate any technical or security issues that may affect the integrity of online payments.

6. Refunds and Transaction Confirmation

All payments are made exclusively through the website ajr-fpp.uz and are automatically confirmed by the payment provider.

Refunds may only be issued based on a written request sent via email to info@ajr-fpp.uz within 24 hours after the payment is made, provided that the product is returned in its original condition.

Refunds are processed only through the same payment method used for the original transaction, in order to prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
