1. General Provisions

This Payment Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) defines the terms and procedures for online payments made by users on the website ajr-fpp.uz, owned by AJR Financial Partners and Projects LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company). The Policy establishes the rules for making payments, issuing refunds, and confirming transactions. All users of the website are required to read and understand this Policy before making any payment.

The Company accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, Uzcard, and Humo. All payments are processed exclusively through the certified payment gateway Octobank, which complies with PCI DSS international security standards. The Company does not store or process users' bank card information — all payment data is handled directly by the payment provider through secure, encrypted channels.

3. Currency and Taxation

Payments can be made in Uzbek soums (UZS) or US dollars (USD). All prices displayed on the website include all applicable taxes and fees as required by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Upon successful payment, an automatic payment confirmation is generated and sent to the customer's email address or displayed in the payment provider's interface.

4. Payment Procedure

Before proceeding with payment, the user must review all relevant information about the product or service. By completing the payment, the user confirms their full acceptance of the purchase terms and this Policy. All transactions are carried out exclusively on ajr-fpp.uz and are automatically confirmed by the payment provider upon successful completion.

5. Refund Conditions

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • the customer submits a written request via email to info@ajr-fpp.uz within 24 hours after payment;
  • the product is returned in its original, undamaged condition.

Refunds are processed only through the same payment method used for the original transaction, to prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for technical failures or service interruptions caused by payment systems (including Octobank or banking gateways), Internet service providers, or third-party platforms. However, the Company undertakes to take all reasonable measures to promptly resolve any technical or operational issues that may affect the payment process.
