Return & Exchange Policy
1. General Provisions
This Return & Exchange Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) regulates the process of returning and exchanging goods purchased through the official website ajr-fpp.uz, owned by AJR Financial Partners and Projects LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company). This Policy applies only to local orders within the Republic of Uzbekistan and defines the timeframes, conditions, and responsibilities of both the customer and the Company.
2. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only for orders delivered within Uzbekistan. Customers have the right to request a return or exchange within 24 hours after delivery. After this period, return or exchange requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Product Condition
Returned or exchanged products must meet the following requirements:
- must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging;
- must be undamaged, clean, and unaltered;
- must include all labels, documentation, and original markings.
If these conditions are not met, the Company reserves the right to reject the return or exchange request.
4. Return Costs
If the product is of poor quality or damaged during delivery, return shipping costs are covered by the Company. If the product is returned at the customer's discretion and is in proper condition, the shipping costs shall be covered by the customer.
5. Non-Returnable Products
The following categories of goods cannot be returned or exchanged:
- frozen fruits;
- products that have lost their consumer properties;
- items that were improperly stored or handled by the customer.
6. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, the customer must send a written email request to info@ajr-fpp.uz. The request must include the order number, product name, delivery date, and reason for the return. Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed through the same payment channel used for the original transaction.
